Sobre mí
Global Radar Analytics es un proyecto dedicado a estudiar críticamente los impactos de la inteligencia artificial en la gobernanza global y la política internacional. Parte de una convicción sencilla: para comprender el alcance real de la IA no basta con seguir su evolución técnica; también es necesario analizar cómo reconfigura instituciones, relaciones de poder, marcos normativos, agendas multilaterales y formas de cooperación internacional.
El blog promueve un abordaje interdisciplinar en el que la tecnología pueda dialogar con las ciencias sociales. Aquí encontrarás análisis sobre gobernanza digital global, geopolítica digital, IA, sociedad y poder, y desarrollo y cooperación digital, con una mirada que combina relaciones internacionales, derecho internacional, cooperación al desarrollo, derechos humanos y sistema de Naciones Unidas.
Este espacio está dirigido a personas interesadas en la inteligencia artificial y en sus impactos sobre nuestras sociedades, y especialmente a quienes ya trabajan estos temas desde la investigación, las políticas públicas, la cooperación internacional, el derecho o el análisis estratégico.

I am Javier Surasky, a PhD in International Relations, researcher, university lecturer, and Head of the Center for AI and International Relations Studies (CIARI) at the Institute of International Relations of the National University of La Plata.
Global Radar Analytics is a project devoted to the critical study of the impacts of artificial intelligence on global governance and international politics. It starts from a simple conviction: understanding the real scope of AI requires more than following its technical evolution; it also demands examining how it reshapes institutions, power relations, normative frameworks, multilateral agendas, and forms of international cooperation.
The blog promotes an interdisciplinary approach in which technology can engage in dialogue with the social sciences. Here you will find analysis on global digital governance, digital geopolitics, AI, society and power, and digital development and cooperation, drawing on international relations, international law, development cooperation, human rights, and the United Nations system.
This space is intended for readers interested in artificial intelligence and its impacts on our societies, and especially for those already working on these issues in research, public policy, international cooperation, law, or strategic analysis.
